With the ever increasing demand for IT and IS services provided by ITSC, we are constantly reviewing and improving our IT/IS service provisioning.  ITSC has set up a comprehensive information webpage to list all our system maintenance schedules for mission critical systems, network equipment and AV/MM systems.

Through this webpage, students and staff can access the year round information about the maintenance schedule for mission critical systems, network and services. This will facilitate users' advance planning and scheduling of their activities and tasks.

The time slots that ITSC select are based on the systems/service lowest usage times to minimize the impact to users.  During these scheduled time slots, the maintenance performed may not require the entire time slot.  The systems will then be returned to operation as soon as possible.
