The Hong Kong Economic Association is holding its fourth Biennial Conference on December 14-16, 2006 at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, Hong Kong. The general theme is "Governments, Markets, and the Future of Capitalism", but papers in all areas are welcome.
