Lingnan University is a distinctive liberal arts institution which offers Bachelor (Hons) degree and postgraduate programmes to doctoral level. Its mission places strong emphasis on the pursuit of quality of education and the provision of a sound intellectual foundation to help students to develop their total personalities. All students are required to stay at student hostels on campus for at least one academic year within their duration of study at the University and majority of students might stay at student hostels for two academic years.
