Booking and Cancellation Rules

In order to received the Special Event rate, you must make your room reservation on or before 15 October, 2009.  

Please note that a "no show" charge of room rental of the entire stay will be automatically charged to guest's credit card, should the guest fail to arrive on the confirmed arrival date. 

Any cancellation or amendment is required before 15 October, 2009 by 12:00 local time otherwise a penalty of room rental of entire stay will be levied.
