Staff and Student Accounts

To change your staff / student account password, please login our Intranet Portal and click the "Change Your Password" link on the right column.

Important Note: For staff, please restart the PC after the password is changed to avoid Networked Disk Storage (Samba) account getting locked.

Group Accounts

To change your group account password:

1. Firstly, login our Intranet Portal with a staff / student account.
2. Click the "Change Your Password" link on the right column.
3. Click the "click here" link next to the "Group Account" wording near the bottom.
