CHAN, Anita - Assistant Information Manager I
Anita works in the System Support Services Team and assists the system team leader in managing the team and carrying out all the support services and daily operations for all the system support services. She specialises in the daily system administration and operation of email services and support services of mission critical systems such as LDAP, SAN and IP address management. As Information Security (IS) Officer of the University and a member of the IS Incident Management Group, Anita is responsible for carrying out investigation, managing and reporting of IS incidents, IS vulnerability and weaknesses analysis, assisting the IS Policy Management Group in making continuous improvement in the University IS policy and governance, and liaising with different departments in IS compliance and operational issues.
