Instructions for Releasing Quarantined Spam Messages - Webmail

User will receive at most, two spam summaries for those quarantined spam messages on a daily basis, one at 7 AM (from sophos-am) and the other at 4 PM (from sophos-pm).

The summary of quarantined spam messages will look like this:

If you have identified any false positive messages (genuine emails but regarded as SPAM emails), you can release the quarantined spam messages by simply replying to the email and remove those unwanted message lines from the content. You can release more then one quarantined messages at a time.

Messages will be released to your Inbox in approximately 10 minutes.

Important Note: Please remove any local spam filtering, otherwise, the released message will be filtered by your local filtering.
