Wireless LANs have been installed in all student hostels, the Visitors Quarters and several popular areas on campus. ITSC also participated in the publicity launch of a PCCW WiFi scheme, where all Hong Kong universities will provide PCCW WiFi access on campus, in return for Lingnan staff and student access to LU from all PCCW WiFi spots in Hong Kong.

Additional submissions are being made to UGC to provide wireless coverage for all of Lingnan university, in response to the governments recently announced $210 million scheme for WiFi access from all government buildings/public spaces.
