For Staff or Student Accounts

In-person

You should visit the ITSC Service Counter at MB203 in person within office hours, and present your valid staff or student ID card to ITSC staff for validation.

Email

In case you are not on the campus or you cannot attend in person, you can scan or take a photo of your staff or student ID card (with your photo and barcode being clearly seen) and email it to itsc@ln.edu.hk.  Please state clearly your username and contact phone number in the email.  Your password will be reset after your identity is verified and ITSC will notify you the new password.

Service Request (for staff accounts only)

Submit a Service Request in ITSC Helpdesk by your department. In the Service Request, please select your department head as the approver.

For Departmental Accounts

Submit a Service Request in ITSC Helpdesk by your department. In the Service Request, please select your department head as the approver.

For Student Society Accounts

User Request Form

Obtain the User Request Form (Student Society) from ITSC, fill in the form with the endorsement of SSC and return it to ITSC either by fax, email or ITSC Service Counter.
