Senior Programme Assistant / Programme Assistant

The appointee will be required to provide a variety of general clerical and administrative support to the postgraduate programmes offered by the Department of Accountancy. The appointee will assist in outcome-based documentation works, periodic programme reviews, professional accreditations, teaching related assistance, daily clerical works and liaison with various parties, etc.
Requirements: (a) Form 5 standard or above, with 5 subjects at or above Grade E / Level 2 in HKCEE including Chinese and English (at least Grade C if Syllabus A); (b) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua will be advantageous); and (c) a high level of competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and webpage applications.
Salary and Fringe Benefits:
The monthly salary ranges are as follows: Senior Programme Assistant - HK$11,600.- to HK$16,800.-; Programme Assistant - HK$7,900.- to HK$13,100.-. The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
