Job Responsibilities: (i) Inspect and ensure the architectural works are carried out in accordance with the specifications, drawings, contract documents as well as statutory requirements; (ii) Maintain site records for all onsite works; and (iii) Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors so as to ensure smooth implementation of the project progress.
Requirements: (a) A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Studies or equivalent; (b) Grade E/Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE, or equivalent; (c) Six years’ relevant post-qualification experience, including at least four years’ working experience as a Building Services Inspector, or equivalent; (d) Working as Inspector for A&A work preferred; (e) Good spoken and written Chinese and English; and (f) With training from relevant/requisite safety training courses.
Salary and Fringe Benefits:
The monthly salary will be around HK$22,400.- to HK$25,300.-. Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
