The appointee will be required to assist in organizing alumni networking and fundraising activities and producing publications for alumni. He/She will be responsible for strengthening alumni's relationship with the alma mater, planning and organizing alumni activities, maintaining the alumni database, developing alumni newsletters, and routine website maintenance.
Requirements: (i) a recognized degree; (ii) minimum 3 years of working experience; (iii) a high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) good event management, organization and communication skills; (v) independent, self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure; and (vi) strong IT skills. Previous experience in organizing alumni and/or loyalty marketing activities, and knowledge in desktop publishing and design software will be definite advantages.
Salary and Fringe Benefits:
The monthly salary will be around HK$12,300.- to HK$19,800.-. Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
