Human Resources Manager
Human Resources Office

The appointee is expected to assume supervisory responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: performance management, recruitment, contract renewal and other staff movements, benefits administration, staff development, and committee services. He/She also looks proactively at future needs and recommends changes to policies and procedures in his/her designated area(s) of responsibilities.

Requirements: (i) a good university degree; (ii) at least ten years’ relevant experience; (iii) strong communication and supervisory skills; (iv) an excellent command of both English and Chinese. An analytical mind and a proven competency in committee secretaryship are essential. Previous experience in the higher education sector will be a definite advantage. Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment at the Officer level.

Salary and Fringe Benefits:
The monthly salary will be around HK$32,000.- to HK$42,100.-. Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
