The appointee will take part in a research project on Multi-Agent Manufacturing Systems. The appointee is required to assist the project leader in setting up simulation experiments, collecting data and analyzing the results.
Applicants should have (i) a diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research or a related discipline, (ii) skills in the Arena simulation software, and (iii) experience on collecting and analyzing experimental data.

Salary and Fringe Benefits:
The monthly salary will be around HK$7,500.- to HK$18,800.-, and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund. The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract for about six months, with possibility of further appointment for other projects.
