Research Assistant
Project: Visual Images for Language Learning

The appointee will take part in a research project on Language Learning. The appointee is required to assist the project leader in organizing experiments (with students in Primary and Secondary Schools), coordinating and communicating with participants in the experiments, and analyzing the results.
Applicants should have (i) a diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or relevant discipline, (ii) good communication skills, and (iii) knowledge in developing programs in C++ or Java.

Salary and Fringe Benefits:
The monthly salary will be around HK$7,500.- to HK$18,800.-, and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund. The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract for about six months, with possibility of further appointment for other projects.
