achieved her MBA from the University of Birmingham. Her major teaching
responsibilities are "Organizational Behavior",
"Enhancing Employability and Career Development", "Human Resource Planning and Staffing" and
"Training and Development". Ms. Wan's specialized
research interests include Human Resource Management,
Training and Development, Work-related issues liked values,
attitudes, and job satisfaction, etc. She is also a member
of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management. |
