| Dr.
WONG received
her Ph.D. from City Business School in London, and joined
Lingnan University (formerly Lingnan College) in September
1994. Her research interests are in international human
resource management, cross-cultural management, Japanese and
Chinese management. She had widely published in
international refereed journals. She received a Certificate
of Merit in the Teaching Excellence Award in 2000. Apart
from Chinese and English, she is also fluent in Japanese.
She had work experiences in the commercial sector before
joining the academia. Her language ability and commercial
experiences have enhanced her teaching and research
effectiveness. |
