| Dr.
WONG, Yuk Lan Winnie is an Assistant Professor in
the Department of Management at Lingnan University, Hong
Kong. She has her first degree from the University of Hawaii
in the United States and earns her Master and Ph.D. from the
Sheffield Hallam University at UK. She has published several
articles in International Journal of Quality and Reliability
Management, International Journal of Physical Distribution
and Logistics Management and Total Quality Management. Her
research papers were published as book chapters in INSEAD/ITBP
Research Series and in the Japanese Union of Scientists and
Engineers' s publication. Currently, she serves as a member
of Emerald's Literati Club, as a fellow member of the Europe
Society for Organisational Excellence as well as a member of
American Society for Quality. Her current research interest
is in employee job performance, organizational behavior and
corporate citizenship, total quality management and
appreciative inquiry. |
