Dates to be Reminded (For Outgoing Exchange Students)

The plan and important dates below are tentative. More up-to-date information will be uploaded at a later stage.

Deadlines Dates Documents to be Submitted
Deadline for Application 2009-2010 31 October 2008
  • Completed Application Form
  • An essay of at least 250 words (in English and typed)
  • Study Plan (must be endorsed for the 1st & 2nd preferences) for IEP Applicants only
  • Language test results (if available)
  • Recommendation from Faculty member
Interview for Applicants 2009-2010 17 November 2008 - 28 November 2008  
Deadline for Submission of Language Test Results 12 January 2009 English Language Test Results (TOEFL/IELTS) for IEP applicants
Announcement of Results for the Application 2009-2010 22 January 2009
