International exposure and study experience have become important components of higher education in Hong Kong. Lingnan University is firmly committed to student exchanges. The University's long-term goal is to provide all students with the opportunity to study abroad or in the Mainland China for one academic term/semester, and likewise to receive incoming students.
Primarily, the Office of Mainland and International Programmes (OMIP) liaises with partner institutions all over the world. It is dedicated to developing the student exchange programmes, promoting internationalisation within the University community, strengthening the exchange collaboration with institutions outside Hong Kong, and providing wholehearted support to all outgoing and incoming students.
The OMIP reports to the Associate Vice-President (Academic Affairs), Professor William Lee.
