Visit from Charles Darwin University

Ms. Monica TURVEY, Director of International Office of Charles Darwin University, Australia visited the University on 10 July. During her visit, she met with Ms. Fiona WONG, Head of OMIP.

Visit from California State University

Dr Jose L. GALVAN, Dean of Graduate Studies & Research and Dr Stephen MA, Professor of Political Science of California State University, the U.S.visited the University on 2 July. During their visit, they met with Professor William LEE, Associate Vice-President (Academic Affairs); Ms. Fiona WONG, Head of OMIP; and Ms. Debbie LAM, Programmes Officer of OMIP.

 

Visit from South China Normal University

Prof. XIAO Hua, Director of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Affairs Office, Mrs LI Aiying, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Affairs Office (in charge of incoming exchange students) and Ms Elaine SHEN, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Affairs Office (in charge of outgoing exchange students) of South China Normal University, China visited the University on 2 July. During their visit, they met with Professor William LEE, Associate Vice-President (Academic Affairs); Ms. Fiona WONG, Head of OMIP; and Ms. Ada TONG, Assistant Programmes Officer of OMIP.

Visit from Augustana College

Professor Norman MOLINE, Hamming Professor of Geography of Augustana College, the U.S. and Mrs. Janet MOLINE, the wife of Professor Norman Moline visited the University on 19 June. During their visit, they met with Ms. Fiona Wong, Head of OMIP and Ms. Vicky CHAN, Programmes Officer of OMIP.

Visit from Reinhardt College
Dr. Curt Lindquist, Professor of Religion of Reinhardt College, the U.S. visited the University on 16 June. During his visit, he met with Ms. Fiona WONG, Head of OMIP; Ms. Vicky CHAN, Programmes Officer of OMIP; and Ms. Ada TONG, Assistant Programmes Officer of OMIP.

Visit from Butler University

Dr. Montgomery Broaded, Director of Centre for Global Education of Butler University, U.S.A. visited the University on 18 May. During his visit, he met with Professor William LEE, Associate Vice-President (Academic Affairs); Professor Robin SNELL, Director of Business Programmes; Dr. Grace CHOU, Assistant Professor of Department of History; and Dr. Carol MA, Research Development Officer (Service Learning) of Office of Service-Learning.

In addition to the meeting with the academic fellows, the guest attended the seminar presentation of “Service-Learning & Research Scheme” Projects held by the Office of Service-Learning.
