If successfully selected, you are highly recommended

• to obtain a suitable and adequate insurance package covering travel, personal accident, medical expenses (accident and non-accident), hospitalization and emergency, evacuation/reputation throughout the entire period of their study at the host institutions before departure.

• to check if there are any specific requirements with the alloted universities before heading to the countries.

Travel Documents for IEP participants

You are required to check if

• your passport is still valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay in the country.

• you have applied for a student visa issued by the relevant consulate of the country you are heading for.

 

Travel Documents for MEP participants

You should be responsible for checking the validity of your China Visa(港澳居民來往內地通行證/回鄉卡), at least six months valid beyond the intended stay in the Mainland. If not, you are advised to apply for it before departure through China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited by making an online appointment at
