A Seminar on "Hong Kong Governance in the 21st Century", co-organised with Radio and Television Hong Kong and sponsored by Cable TV, was held in Meeting Room 401, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on Monday, 22 September 2003 at 2:00 pm.
