Message from the Director
We are pleased to introduce to you the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Programme offered by Lingnan University. There are many MBA Programmes offered in Hong Kong, however, very few of these programmes have an executive-focused. Apart from the strong emphasis on leadership and change management, the Lingnan EMBA Programme incorporates teaching materials with particular relevance for the Insurance, Financial Services, and Telecom industries. The needs of the business community are changing rapidly, and executives must pursue continuous learning in order to sharpen their competitive edge.
Our Programme offers an excellent opportunity for you to upgrade and update your knowledge and to network with a student peer group of other high-octane executives. It is designed to help you address complex business and management issues from a strategic and integrative perspective. Our pedagogical approach embraces both academic theories and practices in business, enabling students to learn management know-how and skills for improving the standards and practices of their respective industries as well as enhancing their own professionalism. Our classes are held during Fridays (evenings) and Saturdays (afternoons and evenings), thus allowing you to earn an MBA without changing your work schedule and timetable for career success.
Lingnan University' tradition dates back to 1888 when the prestigious Lingnan University in Guangzhou was founded, and our EMBA Programme has expanded into the Chinese Mainland with cohorts of executives taking our Programme in both Guangzhou and Shanghai. We are constantly exploring and developing new avenues for closer exchange and cooperation activities amongst our EMBA students from Hong Kong and those from the Mainland.
