The Tutor on your floor or a floor up/down, the Senior Tutor and Warden for your Block are individuals prepared to help you in your adjustment to University life and residence hostel living. They can be valuable resources for information or can provide comfort and support when needed. Please do consult the staff and all they can provide in a way of assistance.

RESIDENCE hostel living will also provides you with the opportunity to make new friends and explore new ideas and interests. Community living in a residence hostel brings with it a sense of excitement, while it also carries the responsibility of respecting the right of others around you. Just as you may want your quiet time for study, an occasional private moment for reflection, and your belongings left unharmed; so too are your neighbors entitled to the same. If all individuals respect the rights of others, harmonious community living can be achieved. So, please be considerate.
