Application For Summer School Accommodation

Application Qualification	:	All successful applicants for Summer School 2010 may apply for on campus residence with separate hostel charges
Application Period	:	For local students - From 6 May to 13 May 2010 (Hostel places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis)
		For non-local students - From 14 April to 30 April 2010 (Hostel places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis)

Payment & Form submission	:	Please submit the completed hostel application form together with a copy of the email notification of acceptance*, a cheque / bank draft payable to “Lingnan University” [Please write your English name & student ID (if any) on the back of the cheque / bank draft] in person / by mail to Student Services Centre – Lingnan University, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong to settle the required fees. Local students may alternatively collect a pay-in-slip from Student Services Centre for bank payment.

Points to note :	1.	Application processes should be completed before 5pm on 13 May 2010 (for local students) or before 5pm on 30 April 2010 (for non-local students). Late application will not be accepted (based on the postmark on envelope).
	2.	The hostel fee is non-refundable after payment, except when the University is unable to allocate a hostel place for the applicant.

* For non-local students, they are allowed to submit their application form together with hostel payment on or before the deadline without the email notification of acceptance. Non-local students will only be charged for hostel when they are offered admission to the summer school in May 2010.
