Message from the Director

Welcome to Hong Kong Institute of Business Studies (HKIBS)!

Since its inception in 1996, HKIBS has aspired to aid the Faculty in its pursuit of excellence in research and knowledge transfer in various areas of business. For decades, we have played a pivotal role in facilitating the Faculty’s research and knowledge exchange.

Looking ahead, to boost the growth of the University and the Faculty, HKIBS will take the initiative to support important research and knowledge transfer. We will promote research on advanced business topics such as e-commerce, digital supply chains, fintech, and business data analytics, as well as interdisciplinary topics with social and economic impact. We plan to integrate research and education through a variety of professional training programs. Finally, we will continue to work closely with university colleagues, industry partners, and local and international scholars to strive for academic excellence in the business field.
