- When your LU Card is going to expire, you should apply to the Registry with a completed “Application for a Replacement Copy of LU Card for Students” (https://www.ln.edu.hk/reg/forms-for-registry-services) for renewal two weeks before expiry.
- Upon receipt of the application, it normally takes 5 working days (excluding the application day) for processing a new LU card. Students will receive an email notification once the new card is available for collection.
- Students have to bring the current LU card upon collection for verification purposes.
A student who has lost or damaged his/her LU Card may apply for a replacement card.
- A fee of HKD $100 is levied on card replacement. You are required to settle the replacement fee at the Office of the Comptroller (CO).
- Apply to the Registry with a completed “Application for a Replacement Copy of LU Card” (https://www.ln.edu.hk/reg/forms-for-registry-services) and payment receipt.
- Students will receive an email notification once the new LU card is available for collection.
- Students have to bring the current LU card (replacement of damaged LU card) and identity documents (for replacement of loss of LU card) for collection.
