Exceptional scholarship schemes
In addition to University scholarships, outstanding students taking the BBA (Hons) - RIM are eligible for awards from a number of other schemes.
For instance, the AR Charitable Foundation Scholarship covers a period of eight consecutive academic years. The scheme began in 2013 and provides financial support for Lingnan students with a fund up to HK$10 million. It includes
- a one-off Entrance Scholarships of HK$50,000;
- Recognition Scholarships of HK$42,100;
- MSc Overseas Scholarships of about HK$450,000; and
- sponsorship for Chartered Insurance Institute public qualification examinations up to a maximum of HK$10,000.
Students of the BBA (Hons) - RIM are also eligible for
- the Dylan Bryant Scholarship,
- QBE Foundation Scholarships,
- Shanghai Commercial Bank Scholarships,
- The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers Scholarships, and
- the Tokio Marine Insurance Scholarship.
