The programme will feature selected arias from famous operas with piano accompaniment.  The narrator Ms Carol Lin will give a talk on the history and development of opera and its influences to the audience in between the musical pieces, including but not limited to

-       The Marriage of Figaro by Mozart
-       Carmen by Bizet
-       The Tales of Hoffmann by Offenbach
-       La Bohème by Puccini
-       Madama Butterfly by Puccini

It aims to enhance the basic understanding and appreciation of the art of opera and explore student’s interest of arts.
