Prof. Chou is an Associate Professor of Teaching, a practitioner of curriculum development and a scholar of educational history. She has been playing piano since the age of 4, and actively enjoys the arts scene in Hong Kong. Prof. Chou advocates music education and enjoyment for all students, and has been serving as the Lingnan Arts Festival Coordinator since 2016 and Head of Wong Bing Lai Music and Performing Arts Unit since 2017.

Dr. Ip received his Doctoral degree in 2004 at the University of Edinburgh, UK. He is fellow of DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) in 1997. In 2011 and 2014 he has been invited to be Research Fellow at the International Research Centre, Interweaving Performance Culture at the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. His research in intercultural performance has been supported by the Scottish Arts Council and the Confucius Institute for Scotland at the University of Edinburgh. He is currently Associate Professor of Practice at Lingnan University, Hong Kong.

Mr. Chang was an arts administrator in City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong and Premiere Performance of Hong Kong before joining the Unit. He was also a concertmaster, amateur violinist and violist performing in orchestras and ensembles.
