Opportunity to Pursue Postgraduate Study in Hong Kong (with Attractive Scholarships)

You will be thrilled to learn about a great opportunity to study in Lingnan University, Hong Kong!

Lingnan, a global leader in quality education and high impact research, is Hong Kong's liberal arts university, whose relatively smaller size, top international faculty and strong emphasis on close staff and student relationships offer a unique environment for the pursuit of advanced studies in this vibrant and energetic city. It ranks 3rd for “Quality Education” for two consecutive years in THE University Impact Rankings 2021 and 2022. In the latest Research Assessment Exercise 2020 conducted by the University Grants Committee, Lingnan’s research in humanities, business and social sciences was classified as “World Leading” (4 star) and “Internationally Excellent” (3 star); while some research disciplines under business and social sciences also came 1st or 2nd among all public universities in Hong Kong in terms of the percentage of “World Leading” research work. The University offers MPhil and/or PhD programmes in Arts, Business, Science and Social Sciences disciplines. As well as having a strong international faculty in all the areas it covers, close and supportive thesis supervision is ensured by student-centred learning, which is one of its core values. At Lingnan, students establish close peer-type working relationships with academics in their departmental homes.

To offer more diversified learning opportunities, especially for interdisciplinary research studies, Lingnan has been offering a number of full-time PhD programmes in collaboration with Mainland universities since the 2021-22 academic year. More collaborative programmes with Mainland/overseas universities are currently in the pipeline. For further details, please visit our website at www.LN.edu.hk/rpg/admission/list-of-programmes.
