Students and Happy Ageing with Chinese Medicine Project 學生中醫樂齡計劃
This 3-year project is funded by Tin Ka Ping Foundation, which will train up young people to become “Health Ambassadors of Happy Ageing with Chinese Medicine” and “Promotion Leaders of Chinese Medicine” to provide community services to elderly, and organise talk series on Chinese medicine to community members, which aims to promote traditional Chinese culture and knowledge of Chinese medicine across all age groups.
嶺南大學亞太老年學研究中心獲田家炳基金會贊助舉辦一項為期三年的「學生中醫樂齡計劃」(本計劃)，旨在建立以地區為本的多方受惠平台，透過培訓青少年成為「中醫樂齡」健康大使及「中醫推廣領袖」，為屯門及元朗區長者提供中醫社區服務，每年亦會舉辦一系列由中醫師主講的中醫健康講座，藉此向區內人士分享中醫和中國文化，並且促進大眾對養生之道的認識，推廣積極樂頤年。

Life Stories of Older People 「回首.動情.傳承」長者生命故事計劃
Life Stories of Older People’ is a one-year project funded by The Board of Management of The Chinese Permanent Cemeteries (BMCPC). It aims to help young people strengthen their resilience and build an optimistic outlook in life through learning the life experience of the elderly. By reviewing and narrating life events, the elderly will learn to accept their past and enhance their sense of self-identity. Young participants will create life education booklets to pass on the positive messages from the older generation to the younger generation, as well as to encourage other elderly to live a happy life.
嶺南大學亞太老年學研究中心獲華人永遠墳場管理委員會（華永會）資助為期一年的「回首.動情.傳承」長者生命故事計劃，旨在讓青年人認識長者生命經驗，學習克服困難與挫折以提升抗逆力，建立正向人生觀。長者藉由敘述人生片段回顧他們生命中的故事，學習接納過去，增加自我認同感。計劃希望由青年人創作生命教育書冊，將長者積極的人生觀傳給年輕一代，並藉此鼓勵其他長者豁達地度過餘年。

Care for Carers: Intergenerational Services and Research Project 「關顧照顧者: 跨代服務及研究計劃」
嶺南大學(嶺大)亞太老年學研究中心(本中心)獲「謝恩老年研究基金」捐助及「研究配對補助金計劃」資助，於2020年3月起舉辦一項為期兩年半的「關顧照顧者: 跨代服務及研究計劃」(本計劃)，透過培訓嶺大學生參與研究項目，了解照顧患有長期病患及身心殘障長者的壓力，以整合一套適切照顧者需要的支援服務建議，並透過家訪向照顧者介紹相關的支援服務資訊。同時，本計劃會定期為照顧者舉辦網上講座，讓照顧者增進健康知識和技巧，以及掌握社區支援資訊，以加強他們的照顧能力及信心。
