Softphone
Softphone is a software-based application that can let you access to the campus’s IP phone service over the Internet.
University staff members can access to their office extensions (2616 XXXX) from an off-campus location when staying at home or on the road.
Outbound exchange students can also apply for the softphone service with a phone number so that they can receive and place Hong Kong local calls over the Internet.
