岭大竞逐政府研究资助取得佳绩
大学教育资助委员会辖下的研究资助局公布2020/21年度若干研究项目资助计划的竞逐结果。岭大共有22个项目获优配研究金、杰出青年学者计划，以及人文学及社会科学杰出学者计划的资助，金额合共1,060万港元。
本年获资助金额较去年大幅增加了四成（即300万港元），获资助项目数量亦增加了22%。
岭大在杰出青年学者计划中表现尤其出色，本年资助金额较去年增长了140%。此外，在心理及语言学、人文学及艺术，以及生物学及医学的组别中，岭大的成功率比该组平均值分别高出18%、29%和69%。
