As the COVID-19 situation has stabilised in Hong Kong with no locally infected case reported for more than two weeks, the University has decided to fully resume normal office operations with effect from Monday 11 May 2020.

While all colleagues are required to attend the office daily during their normal working hours, those who have special needs may discuss with their supervisors about special work arrangements where practicable.

You are strongly advised to wear a surgical mask on campus and observe the latest preventive measures recommended by the University’s Health, Safety and Environment Committee (please refer to the Committee’s email dated 7 May).

Please continue to stay on high alert and maintain good personal hygiene at all times.
