In pursuit of Lingnan University's identity as the only liberal arts university in Hong Kong, on top of student's academic development, we strive to provide the most comprehensive whole-person development with great exposure on diverse interests and support to assist students in achieving their university goals.
To empower student in quest of their goals, we provide opportunities for them to nurture leadership qualities as leadership is a vital life skill. It is our belief that "Everyone can be a leader". "The Leader in Me" development model is introduced to motivate students in using the various resources and support provided to discover their potentials, explore learning opportunities, participate in team activities, engage in career education and professional development, and contribute in community services in grooming their leadership skills.
