Objectives:
At the end of the activity, students will be able to:

1. Learn about "Sexual Violence" and "Image-based Sexual Violence";
2. Understand the concept of "consent" and how it plays out in daily life; and
3. Know how to avoid or respond to "Image-based Sexual Violence".

Description:

In addition to introducing the Anti480 Anti-Sexual Violence Resource Centre, the speaker will use videos, case discussions, role-play, and case sharing to highlight "Image-based Sexual Violence" and advise the participants on how to avoid and respond to "Image-based Sexual Violence".

Description:

The workshop has three parts: 1) the instructor will introduce her own experiece with learning three foreign languages (English, Japanese and Hebrew). 2) the instructor will introduce related resources for learning foreign languages. 3) examples and practices will then be carried out in small groups.

Description:

Every one wants to become financially independent but often does not know where to begin. This workshop will guide students through money management skills and take a more active role in managing their finances. The workshop will help students begin to manage their money responsibly and to plan for the future.

1. Learn about the background of Osho Zen Tarot and the brief concept of instrusive reading of the Tarot cards; and
2. Engage in a body scan mediation exercise to enhance their focus to intuitive insights and mindfulness.

Description:

In the workshop, focusing on Osho Zen Tarot cards, the concept of intrusive Tarot reading, a technique that allows users to tap into their own intuition and personal insights when interpreting Tarot cards, will be introduced. The relationship between mediation and intrusive tarot reading will also be explored. Participants will be invited to raise questions of themselves to demonstrate intrusive tarot reading.

The Chinese Style: Fai Chun Workshop is an engaging activity designed to allow students to expose to traditional Chinese culture, including Chinese calligraphy and Chinese New Year traditions. They will be introduced to the background of the Fai Chun culture, and have the chance to make their own Fai Chun as festive decorations.

This sharing session will provide students with a basic introduction to Japanese culture from a language learner who has studied and worked in Japan. Students will learn about the uniqueness of Japanese culture, including aspects such as language and customs, in comparison to Hong Kong. Also, they will gain practical tips for future overseas study or work opportunities in Japan.

Description:

This workshop will give students a basic introduction to tailoring and writing an attractive CV. Students will understand the Dos and Don'ts in CV writing and acquire some practical writing tips to help guide their career journey.

Objectives:
At the end of the activity, students will be able to:

1. Understand the importance of saving and investing at an early age, because of the principle of compounding;
2. Understand the reciprocal relationship between debt and savings; and
3. Understand the basic types of investment vehicles available and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Description:

This programme is premised on the fact that investing is a lifetime project, and the time to start is early adulthood. This will be a very practical talk and Q&A session, led by the Warden of Hall H, who has saved and invested throughout the dot-com bubble and crash (1997-2001), the US housing bubble, the financial crisis/ “Great Recession” of 2007-09, and the volatility around Brexit (among other episodes), and has lived to tell about it.

Description:

Participants would be grouped into teams, follow clues, solve riddles in English, and perform actions such as speaking challenges to progress further, and ultimately complete the activity.

Description:

The Y2K (Year 2000) craze is back in the 2020s. In this workshop, students will experience making a Y2K-style phone strap. The instructor will provide a variety of accessories to choose from, allowing students to create freely, and explain the origins and pop culture of Y2K.

Description:

This workshop allows student to learn about movie tropes, techniques in a light and fun manners, through free-and-easy group discussions about their favorite movies. There will be examples and clips to allow students to gain a deeper understanding of directors' visions and different artistic styles through movie as an artwork.
