Aloysius runs the Joint Humanitarian Entrepreneurship Summer Academy and other international Service-Learning programs. He focuses on human centred co-designing where students can experience and solve community challenges with the active engagement of community members. Always available for a call on interesting and empowering community engagement projects anywhere in the world.

Aloysius has been engaged and vocal for reforms on policy and strategic outlook of student learning and experience enrichment since his graduate school days. He was the member of the council at the University of Hong Kong (2014-2015), and currently serves as a member of the Lingnan University court.

He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the School of Graduate Studies (GS). He designs and teaches course in design, technology and social impact for undergradaute and postgraduate students. For the MA in Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management (SEIM)  he oversees programme quality assurance, promotion, and recruitment.
