Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association’s Leadership Mentoring Programme (LMP) & Lingnan University Career Development Committee (LUCDC)
The Hong Kong Professionals & Senior Executives Association (HKPASEA) and Lingnan University have jointly organized the Leadership Mentoring Programme (LMP) since 2011 aiming at enhancing students’ confidence in becoming future leaders and widening their horizons via motivating them to pursue all-round skills and setting attainable life goals. Together with LUCDC this time, the captioned event will be held with business professionals from these two parties to share with students their invaluable experience in different career fields/industries.
Career Exploration Day
* All UG and PG Students are Welcome
Members of HKPASEA and LUCDC are invited to join the Career Exploration Day to provide experience-sharing, offer an overview of their respective professions, and advise students to plan and make informed career choices that match with their talents, interests and aptitude as well as providing them with current job market information. Details as below:

|Format:||Career counters will be set up and each counter represents a specific career fields; students are welcome to go to their preferred career counter to gain career advice and information from professionals|

- Banking & Finance
- Event Management / Public Relations
- Hospitality & Tourism
- Sustainable Industries
- Refreshment will be provided, students are free to take truns to different counters for professional advice
Leadership Mentoring Programme (LMP)
* Priority will be given to Year 1 and Year 2 UG Students
In the next stage, participated HKPASEA members will also take the role as mentors for sharing their life stories, leadership capability and career success, as well as offering direct guidance to the participated Year 1 and Year 2 students during April to October 2019. Mentors are expected to inspire students’ career aspirations through direct interaction so that students will gain a realistic understanding of various career fields and get prepared for their career goals and personal development.
