Cities and Governance Seminar Series
What challenges will the cities of the future bring, and how will they be governed? The online Cities and Governance Seminar Series, co-organised by Lingnan University and Institute of Policy Studies was held between Sep and Dec 2020. Distinguished experts were invited to discuss urban development models in the GBA, social values, transport and housing, smart cities, poverty, and China's security engagement with Africa.
