Event management and community relations

We oversee the coordination of major annual and flagship university events as well as providing strategic support and guidance to departments and units, and organising a diverse range of activities. This ensures that both internal and external stakeholders are actively engaged in advancing the University's vision, mission, and core values. Our responsibilities include leading or participating in the planning of institutional events such as the Honorary Doctorate Conferment Ceremony, Honorary Fellowship Presentation Ceremony, Congregation, and special flag-raising ceremonies. We also coordinate community engagement activities such as campus visits, celebrations, and ceremonial events.
