關於項目
「博物館共享」（Museum Commons）旨在探索博物館在城市中，作為社區建設與推動公民參與的可持續發展角色。此項目亦以設立一個博物館的「共享」空間為目標，開放予社區中的不同群體，而弱勢社群在計劃中尤其重要。
拓展計劃作為博物館共享項目的其中一部分，為不同社區的人士提供一個藝術文化交流和參與創意活動的平台。此計劃通過精心策劃的展覽及與社區和業界的合作，包括藝術家、策展人、社福機構（特別是服務少數族裔及新移民婦女組織）和文化機構，積極推動香港、大灣區及以外地區的社區參與。共享項目亦以建立連繫全球社群的虛擬空間，提供網上學習及資訊共享的平台，例如藝術及藏品的數碼保存資源。
拓展計劃
藝術作為跨文化遺產︰香港少數族裔的參與
此知識轉移項目由何翠芬教授主導
這項目將與香港非牟利機構合作，在少雪齋藝術展覽館中讓少數族裔參與中國藝術的體驗和交流。此計劃將通過一系列活動，加強跨文化對話和文化表達的多樣性，並使香港及其他地區的少數族裔參加者更易接觸中國藝術。參加者將共同設計展覽設備，及共同製作展覽簡介和物料，使少雪齋藝術展覽館舉辦的展覽能開放給香港少數族裔以致全球的大眾。
作為情感檔案的創造性實踐：流動女工協作計劃
此知識轉移項目由李雨潔教授主導
此計劃與藝術家黃靜遠及廣州和香港的非牟利機構合作，探索後疫情時代社會參與藝術中的協作和創造性方法。藝術家與流動女工透過工作坊開展一系列的寫作和繪畫實踐，在協作的過程中，探討當代藝術中的自我賦權以及後社會主義時代的情感表達。計劃成果將於少雪齋藝術展覽館展出。

學習資源
在「共享」空間提供青年人、藝術和博物館專業團體，與藝術專業人員和策展人就其嶄新研究和實踐進行交流的機會。研討會將拓展有關博物館研究、藝術史和相關學科的跨文化交流和知識傳遞。「共享」空間還開啟了通往亞洲的策展知識資源，並與博物館專業團體產生協同效應。
