Though it’s been a few years since graduating from Visual Studies, it hasn’t ceased influence me and I believe it will continue far into the future.

During my undergraduate studies, I was deeply intrigued by the theories and arguments on appreciating and interpreting art introduced in aesthetics courses. The spark and enthusiasm they had created in me to examine and discuss matters in different lights has inspired me to pursue a museum career and drove me to become an intern at M+, the new museum for Hong Kong Visual Culture, right after graduation and later on a trainee at Hong Kong Heritage Museum.

Currently I'm working at the exhibition team of K11 Art Foundation, whose mission is to nurture and promote Chinese contemporary artists. The ways of thinking that I acquired during my study help me greatly in understanding and discerning contemporary art, and this is essential for putting together a meaningful exhibition.
