現在可以於以下時間在清山塾取回閣下的作品，詳請如下︰

10月4日（四）、10月5日（五）
下午2時至下午6時

10月6日（六）、10月7日（日）
上午11時至下午8時

如閣下未能在指定日期內取回作品，作品將不獲保存。如閣下有特別原因須於其他時間領取作品，請於10月7日或之前電郵至vs@ln.edu.hk。敬請留意！

Dear all,

Thank you for your participation in the "Sketching Lingnan" tour!

Please be informed that you can pick up your sketches produced in the "Sketching Lingnan" tour at Casphalt within the following time slots:

Oct 4(Thu), Oct 5 (Fri)
2pm-6pm

Oct 6 (Sat), Oct 7 (Sun)
11am-8pm

Please kindly note that the artwork will not be stored in general after the pick-up period. If there is any particular circumstance or reason that you would like to request for a special pick-up arrangement. Please send an email to ( vs@ln.edu.hk) by Oct 7, 2018 and we will check with Casphalt for a feasible arrangement.
