Professor Joshua Mok invited by Education Bureau to share his views on new opportunities for youth in Greater Bay Area

Professor Joshua Ka-Ho Mok, Vice-President of Lingnan University was invited by the Education Bureau of HKSAR Government to deliver a career guidance talk to more than 200 principals and career teachers in Hong Kong.  The theme of his talk was “Hong Kong Residents’ Perception and Evaluation on the Greater Bay Area Development”, which was a joint research project conducted by Lingnan University and Sun Yat-Sen University.  Professor Mok shared the findings on the perception and evaluation of Hong Kong residents on the development of the Greater Bay Area and explained how the local educators could leverage the development opportunities and guide the younger generation to better understand and participate in the development of the Greater Bay Area.  Another speaker was Ms Cindy Chow, the Executive Director of the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, who shared Alibaba's recent research on how to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of the university students in Hong Kong.
