Alan CHAN (PT MPhil, 2020)

Throughout the study of MPhil in Economics at Lingnan University, I have broadened my research horizons. The professors were very nice, enthusiastic in teaching, and active in doing research. They were helpful and offered a lot of valuable opinions on my research. The Economics community here is small, and students can have a close interaction with supervisors and other faculty members. Therefore, I could always ask for fruitful advice when I was feeling lost in the study. I am thankful to my supervisor and the department for their support during my study. The departmental seminars and the conferences have given me great exposure to the contemporary research topics. All in all, the MPhil program has laid a solid foundation for my future career.
