Content
In this seminar, Prof. Park discusses current carbon-neutral policies at the global level, from international relations and public policy perspectives. The talk will focus on the questions of 'how multilateral environmental policy concerning pollution and climate issues should be designed'; 'what are the main barriers to further implementation of the available policy tools'; and 'what possible strategies would be to overcome the barriers?'.
