To enhance students' understanding on the Belt and Road Initiative, MIDE, MIBF and the Department of Economics co-organized a talk regarding the Myanmar-China Economic Corridor under the Belt and Road Initiative. We had the pleasure of inviting Mrs. Myat Thuzar Than, Consul-General of Myanmar to Hong Kong SAR, to be the guest speaker. Mrs. Than shared the initiative of the Myanmar-China Economic Corridor, culture, economics and the latest development of Yangon, which is the economic centre of Myanmar. Over 150 teachers and students attended the talk. All of them were keen on exchanging ideas with Mrs. Than and believed that the talk had enhanced their understanding on the Myanmar-China Economic Corridor, from which they benefited a lot from this talk.
