Corruption: Demand-side and Supply-side Solutions
This Lecture will discuss how successful anti-corruption reforms need broader support from the business community and larger society, apart from top-down promulgation of laws and penalties. It will also review some lessons learned from previous successful efforts (most notably in Hong Kong) as well as many unsuccessful ones, and offer some tentative ideas for further exploration.
